Ashley was incredible. I called her on a weekend to schedule a viewing on a Monday. By Wednesday she showed me multiple properties and drove 45 minutes to accommodate another that I asked to see. Ashley and her team were extremely helpful in helping my wife and I find a new home here in south Florida. I received an offer of a new job in July 2020 and I contacted Ashley shortly after. The ladies at Legacy Home Connection made scheduling a showing, submitting an offer and getting to the closing table incredibly easy and enjoyable. When we wanted to go back for a second showing on that same day, their response was “sure, we can do that!” We went back and ended up submitting our offer and getting it accepted under the asking price! Dawnelle even took a picture of the alligator in the lake out back, because she knew I’d love it! If you want to work with the best, look no further. Ashley is amazing to work with. The team strategy coupled with incredible marketing (photos, videos, social media outreach, open houses, etc), gave us incredible confidence during the process.m and led to our house being under contract in less than a week. We took photos on a Wednesday, listed the very next day, had a two-day open house on Saturday and Sunday, head at least ten additional private showings, and ended up multiple offers. We also had a shocking 122 saves on Zillow in 5 days, along with multiple offers. We were under contract in 6 days!! They took the stress and worry out of a process that could be very overwhelming.
